District 147 Deserves Better – It’s Time for Real Change

For too long, District 147 has struggled with low test scores, mismanaged funds, and a lack of transparency. Our students deserve better, and it starts with fresh leadership and real accountability. The Problem: Only 13.3% of students are proficient in reading. The district spends over $22,000 per student, yet classrooms lack resources. Leadership has been stagnant for decades, failing to improve outcomes. My Plan for Change: Raise academic standards with stronger literacy and math programs. Ensure budget transparency so every dollar benefits students. Hire qualified leadership that prioritizes students and teachers. If nothing changes, nothing changes. On April 1, 2025, vote for a bold, student-first vision for District 147. Together, we can create better schools and a brighter future.
